German Virtual Heritage School

The school introduced participants to the new field on web deployment of VR and AR Applications ("VR/AR Apps") as well as related topics on applied CG technology in the area of virtual and augmented digital heritage, 3D reconstruction, technological tools dedicated to processing and integration into web front ends, ported to mobile smartphones and registered with the physical world. The students have learned basic concepts for 3D documentation, capturing, tracking and reconstruction technologies required for online/offline and mobile virtual museums.

 
Period: 3rd – 7th of September
Duration: 1 week (40 hours)
Language of the school: English – material in English
Fee: 350 EUR.  The fee included material, accommodation, transport, use of computers, software and hardware, meals.
